Figure Legend: Perilunate fracture-dislocations represent high energy injuries which are usually best treated with provisional closed reduction and then definitive open repair. Unreduced radiographs (1,2) are usually difficult to interpret. Many variations exist, including transscaphoid transcapitate perilunate fracture-dislocation (3a), transscaphoid  perilunate fracture-dislocation (3b), transradial transscaphoid  perilunate fracture-dislocation (3c), and transradial perilunate fracture-dislocation (3d). Traction films are helpful in defining the exact pathology, as in this transscaphoid perilunate fracture-dislocation (4).
